 [1]  Judge Manuel Garcia-Calderon was elected by the OAS General Assembly, at its sixteenth regular session held in November 1986, to conclude the term of Judge Luis Alvarado.

 [1]  Judge Luiz P. Viera de Mello was elected by the OAS General Assembly at its eighteenth regular session, to conclude the term of Judge Carlos Coqueijo Costa. Judge Luiz Viera de Mello resigned on September 14, 1989.

 [1]  Judge Morton Sklar was elected by the OAS General Assembly at its twenty-sixth regular session, in June 1996, to conclude the term of Judge David Gantz, who resigned.

 [1]  Judge Nicholas J.O. Liverpool resigned due to his election as President of the Commonwealth of Dominica in October 2003.

 [1]  Given the resignation of Judge Nicholas JO Liverpool, President of the Commonwealth of Dominica, as Judge of the OAS Administrative Tribunal, Judge Albert Matthew was elected as a new member of the OAS Administrative Tribunal at the session held on December 17, 2003.

 [1]  Judge Arze was elected at the regular meeting held on February 4, 2004, to conclude the term of Judge Franz A. Vega.
